Sports

At Glenfield Intermediate School, we offer a wide range of sporting opportunities to our students in addition to class-based health and physical education. We offer a number of sporting codes, where we compete against other intermediate schools in zone days.

We have a number of teams playing in after school competitions during the year. These include: basketball, hockey, netball, touch and waterpolo. Please contact our Sports Co-ordinator for further information.

We also attend Sports Camp at Totara Springs in Matamata each year. This is an opportunity for students to spend a week competing against other schools from around the North Island

We are always on the lookout for coaches for our teams. If you are available to assist with a sports team, please contact our Sports Co-ordinator.
